Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5 will be applied.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
- Restricted Items: Due to legal restrictions, we are unable to ship certain items to specific states or regions. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Shipment Confirmation:** You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- **Order Tracking:** Track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email on our [Tracking Page](#).
Shipping Insurance
- Insurance: All orders are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Custom Duties and Taxes
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Armería 129 LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Issues
- Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Order Issues: If there is any issue with your order (missing items, incorrect items, etc.), please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
