Return Policy for Shooting Accessories

At  Armería 129, LLC., we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards

3. Initiating a Return

- Contact our customer service team at armeria129@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- You can go personally to our locations and request the change of the product.

4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at armeria129@gmail.com.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
